The engineer won't be able to enter your home if you or someone in your household answers yes to any listed below, please inform us immediately:

-
is self-isolating or has been recently diagnosed with Covid-19,
-
is waiting for a Covid-19 test result
-
has recently returned from a country on the quarantine list
The engineer will enter your home;
-
New installations – we will have to enter your home and please remind you the 2m rule, using personal protective equipment and to limit conversation and contact to a minimum whilst our engineer carries out the works.
-
There is a fault outside your home with your security systems – we might be able to fix the problem without having to enter your home. But we'll still need you to be home for your whole appointment slot.
-
The fault is inside your home - we will do everything they can outside your home to try fix the problem. But if it isn’t possible the engineer might come into your home for a short period of time so they can access your security systems.
Before your visit, we will email you this information - you can reschedule your visit if your circumstances have changed.
We will offer you the opportunity to speak to an engineer remotely before the visit to talk you through the visit if you need any reassurance.
We need to complete a pre-visit consultation to make sure it is safe for the visit to go ahead:
-
Making sure there's a clear pathway for the engineer to access.
-
All surfaces are cleaned before the visit.
-
Leaving all windows and doors open during the visit, if possible.
-
During the visit, asking you to maintain social distancing of two metres or go into another room.
-
The engineer will wear a face mask to keep both them and you safe.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
